Embedded Software Developer (Dynamic and individual contributor) (Position 3 Nos)

Description
• The candidate should have 10+ years experience and should worked on at least 2 wireless product lifecycles based on one or more of the following wireless technologies – low power Wi-Fi, 802.11a,b,g,n and other variants, Bluetooth, LTE, NFC, 6LoWPAN
• In depth knowledge of wireless system architecture, system simulation, wireless device and network design, wireless networking standards, protocol stacks, RF propagation, RF regulatory requirements in major geographies and co-existence
• Should be able to derive requirements by interacting with product marketing team, select appropriate RF and protocol technologies to meet the requirements, define technical approach and technically drive the product development end-to-end
• Real world experience of deploying wireless products, understanding of RF planning to deploy wireless networks, exposure/experience of wireless planning, diagnostics and survey tools
• Understanding of wireless security algorithms and schemes
• Exposure to UML based wireless system architecture and design
• Expert level experience in C/C++, Linux kernel and network driver. Experience of leading 802.11 chipsets and drivers. Exposure to embedded OS such as Android, WinCE will be an added advantage
• Good embedded design skills and understanding of RF, analog and digital electronics
• A track record of innovation and rapid problem solving. Very good interpersonal skills and ability to drive virtual global teams.

Marketing/Sales Campaign manager(Delhi, Gurgaon,Noida,Mumbai, Chandigarh, Bangalore, Chennai)

Description
• Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensure yields across products through Marketing teams.
• Implementation of Billing targets at all India level.
• Responsible for interaction on technical support and commercial/pricing matters,
• Keep a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margin and profitability
• Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model,
• Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy,
• Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share,
• Conduct regular meeting with distributors and sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy,
• Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports received from all marketing teams,
• Ensuring all approvals related to consultants and other Government authorized bodies are made in a proper and timely manner.
• Coordinate, prepare and launch new products for the assigned market(s) with cooperation of the respective sales department in the respective regions.
• Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information
• Motivate and monitor sales representatives operating in all regions,
• Coordinate with administration, commercial and factory departments to ensure timely orders, and smooth function of action in the system.
• Update management on business process and operating plan and financial model and profitability.
Qualifications:
• B.E. (Mechanical) with MBA (Marketing & Sales), with 10/15 years experience field sales experience and demonstrated levels of performance across varied situations.
• Exposure to brand management, a distinct advantage.
• Experience in similar industry and in depth product knowledge.
• Good working knowledge of computers.
